Gary Abbott is a native Austinite and an operations leader with over two decades of experience driving performance and scalability across technology and services organizations. He currently works at Expedia Group, where he focuses on improving operational efficiency and delivering high-quality outcomes in complex environments.
Throughout his career, Gary has supported global enterprises including Dell Technologies, Procter & Gamble, BT Group, and FICO. His expertise includes operational strategy, process improvement, and leading teams through periods of growth and transformation.
Gary has served on the board of Austin Pets Alive! Since 2025, supporting its mission to advance innovative, lifesaving programs and maintain Austin’s leadership as a No Kill community.
Based in the Austin area, Gary and his wife, Stephanie, enjoy life with their daughters, Avery and Maddy, along with their two dogs and a rescued horse.
