Friendly, Happy, Silly
Goatee Pizza is an amiable guy who wants to be friends with you as soon as he meets you! He’s outgoing and confident, and loves a good head/cheek/chin scratch, as well as being brushed. He prefers being in the same room with you or next to you rather than being held, and will settle down to sleep on your bed at night.
He quickly adapted to his foster home, wasting no time exploring every inch of his new domain. He is super chill but likes his playtime, too! After a good night’s sleep, he is refreshed and excited, ready to do some playing. His favorite game is when you wiggle your hands or feet under a blanket so that he can hunt and pounce "attack" the creature beneath. He also hilariously enjoys being chased around the house! He does zoomies and likes to play after dinner - just pull out the wand toy. He also likes toys he can bat around and sometimes will settle down for a good chew on a toy.
Since he’s so friendly, it’s probably no surprise that Goatee is a chatty guy. He loves getting into conversations with his people and making little chirping noises when you walk by or when he just wants to say hello. He will also remind you when it’s meal time, especially in the morning, in case you forget - breakfast is the most important meal of the day, after all! (He politely waits until he knows you are awake, he respects your sleep.)
He doesn’t have any pizza, but he definitely has a goatee! Which is super cute with his black and white tuxedo. He is a dashing and debonair guy, and we think he could totally introduce himself as “Pizza. Goatee Pizza.”
Goatee is a sweetheart who doesn’t mind hanging out on his own while his people are at work, and he’s ready to live a life of kitty luxury and relaxation with you!

Goatee Pizza has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system and often a shorter life-span. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat. APA! provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. He can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine! Any questions? We'd love to talk with you about FeLV care.
All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
